What is the difference between Mail and Mail Pro?
Mail is private email for personal use. Mail Pro adds 50 GB storage, 100 addresses, multiple domains, shared calendars, scheduling and the Nextcloud Groupware and Files.
Can I safely and securely share files with external parties?
Yes. With Nextcloud Files you share a file or folder through a link that you can protect with a password and an expiry date. Recipients do not need an account.
Can I change my current Soverin Mail Plan?
Yes. You can upgrade an existing Soverin Mail mailbox to Mail Pro from your account. Your email address, mail and settings stay exactly as they are.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Mail Pro supports up to 10 custom domains per account. You can bring a domain you already own or register a new one with us.
Where is my data located?
All mail, calendars, contacts and files are stored on servers in the Netherlands, under Dutch and European law.
Can I use Mail Pro with Apple Mail or Outlook?
Yes. Mail Pro works with any standard email client over IMAP and SMTP, and syncs calendars and contacts over CalDAV and CardDAV. You can also use the webmail in your browser.
Can I combine Mail Pro with Soverin Suite?
Yes. Mail Pro and Soverin Suite licences live in the same account, so you can give each team member the plan that fits and manage them together.
